Last Saturday this sweet couple said “yes”. Even though the weather did not cooperate very much we were able to take a few pics outside on the WKU campus and then moved into the beautiful Faculty building for the ceremony. Amanda and Brian are WKU sweethearts and are now starting their new lives as husband and wife. Congratulations to both of you and here is your sneak peek!

This weekend I had the honor to photograph a wedding again. I have been photographing this family for several years now and I always love seeing them and catching up. You might remember my blog post from here and needless to say Amber made a beautiful bride. I also had some awesome help. Meah assisted me at the wedding and as you can see, she is a photographer in the making.

So congratulations Jonathan and Amber.  I wish you all the blessings for your new journey together. Hope to see you all again soon. And here is your wedding sneak peek.

Today I had the privilege to attend a wedding again. Right here in my town, with my favorite Pastor and a beautiful wheat field as a backdrop. Susann and Devin said: “yes” in the midst of family and friends. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Butler, may the rain be showers of blessings and happiness to come.  And here is your sneak peek!

I had so much fun with this engagement shoot. Kimi and Justin met at WKU and are planning to get married next Summer. I am so excited for them. And I can’t wait to capture their wedding and to get to know them a bit more. Aren’t they just too sweet?  Congratulations and here is your sneak peek!

I have been humming this song for a few days now and as I am working on these pictures, I am thinking about how to summarize this wedding.  The first thing I told my husband on my way home was: ” What a fun and laid back wedding. It reminded me of my folks back home. ”

The detailed decorations were mostly made by hand. The beautiful location by  the river seemed to be the perfect spot to start a new life.

When I met Holly a couple of weeks ago, she told me about the ups and downs of of her long-distance relationship with Todd (who is living and working in Delaware), and how they were both ready and excited to get their little family together. I am so happy that this day has come for them.

Congratulations Holly and Todd. I wish you both the best.

And just in case you want some background music while checking out your sneak peek:
