Last weekend I got to take pictures of this awesome family. These guys have been traveling all over the world as missionaries. And now sitting here typing this, I wished I had asked more questions and heard more inspiring stories about the places they have been and God’s miracles they have witnessed. But as usually when I take pictures, all my attention got occupied by the lighting, the composition, my equipment and how to capture what I see. But I did learn that West Africa is where they’d like to go back too. And I did see the love and respect they have for each other and their passion for our Lord. Thank you Crosby family for a wonderful and creative afternoon. Can’t wait to do that again.

I can hardly wait. I love Christmas. I am looking at my boxes I just pulled out of my storage building. They are filled with nutcrackers and little wooden figures from Germany and my grandma’s old Christmas pyramid. One more week and I am getting it all out. So needless to say, I am going to do more Christmas Photography. And this is the beginning! Aren’t these guys just precious?!

I finally made it happen! For the first time I am offering gift cards this year. Since I am so excited about it, and so looking forward to the shoots to come and people to meet, I am making a special Christmas offer. For $100 you can purchase a gift card that will include a one hour shoot, and a CD with 15 images and printing rights. Maybe a Christmas gift for someone?

These sessions can be family (up to 6 people), senior or portraiture shoots. Excluded are newborn, wedding and celebrating marriage sessions, since these require more time. But the gift card can be put towards one of these sessions.

At the time of the booked session, the gift card needs to be presented.

If you have any more questions or wish to purchase a gift card contact me via Facebook or email:

If you have been following my blog lately, you probably saw my post “Waiting for Selah”. Well, she arrived. Sweet and tiny with that lovely smell, that just newborns have. And as for all the newborn sessions, Rina (she is the baby whisperer) and I got together to create some precious memories. So here is the sneak peek of this precious sweet girl.DSC_0340 copy DSC_0341 copy

I had so much fun with this engagement shoot. Kimi and Justin met at WKU and are planning to get married next Summer. I am so excited for them. And I can’t wait to capture their wedding and to get to know them a bit more. Aren’t they just too sweet?  Congratulations and here is your sneak peek!

This week I got to take pictures of my Pastor and his precious family. Pastor Tim has been such a blessing to our church and my family. He is passionate about people and their well being, he is kind and funny. His wife Ginger loves photography as well and it’s fun to have another creative “set of eyes” on a shoot. Thank you guys for letting me capture these images. I had a great time! And here is your sneak peek!
